The shower head is working well - the only drawback is that it is quite heavy and we have had to attach it to the remaining part of the shower so that it does not fall down. My daughter suffers from the skin condition psoriasis and we have had the shower head in use for about 3 weeks now - her skin does feel softer, so we are hoping that she will feel the benefits of the filter. -
