I am delighted with the shower head plus filter and with the service I received. When it arrived, I had to call your office as the shower head appeared not to fit properly (please refer to my email to you at the time for the full details). Anyway, after a little investigation with your representative it was established that the filter did not have both washer rings attached. A new filter was despatched to me immediately and I received it the next day - for a perfect, working shower. Excellent service! -
