Purchased luxury shower filter and bath tap filter. No problems so far with the shower filter, improvements in skin and hair texture noticed and would recommend it. Tried to fit in the bath tap filter, our tap was unsuitable. So it was returned and promptly received a refund. Note that the bath tap filter is a little heavy and therefore it is essential to achieve the right fit. Otherwise it would keep falling off the tap. Would advice to thoroughly check the suitability before ordering. My queries were dealt with promptly when contacted by email, so thumps up for customer care.
